AMG Academy, established 2025, is a sports academy in Lagos State focused on developing young aspiring footballers into professional athletes. AMG Sports Academy is a high-performance incubator dedicated to transforming raw talent into world-class standard professionals. Distinguishing itself through tactical sophistication and elite technical precision, the academy provides a premier competitive pathway for athletes aiming for the global stage. By blending rigorous modern coaching with a "Character-First" philosophy, AMG ensures that every player is not only scout-ready but possesses the mental resilience and leadership required for a sustainable international career. By blending modern data-driven coaching with a deep-rooted passion for the game, AMG Sports Academy isn't just teaching football, it is engineering the next generation of African footballing icons.

AMG was previously called "R2Finesse" whose academy had been established for 5 years and was duly affiliated with the Lagos State FA and also the Ikeja Divisional Football Association. We participate in the Lagos State FA Cup and also the United Football Championship. We are proud of providing a safe and inclusive environment for our players and continuing the foundations of R2Finesse through AMG Sports Academy.
